FuelScope is a fuel price comparison service. It displays live petrol and diesel prices reported by UK petrol stations under the Motor Fuel Price (Open Data) Regulations 2025. Prices are sourced from the UK government open data API and from participating stations — they are not set by FuelScope.

Prices shown may not reflect the exact price at the pump at the moment you arrive. Stations update prices at their own discretion. FuelScope is provided for guidance only.

The core search, price comparison, and station detail features are free to use without an account.

Creating an account is optional and free.

FuelScope Pro is a paid subscription at £1.99 per month. It includes: an ad-free experience, saved favourite stations, price drop alerts, and a personal savings calculator.

Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

The subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Right to cancel. Under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of subscribing without giving a reason. To exercise this right, contact us at feedback@fuelscope.uk. If you have already used Pro features during the 14-day period, we may charge a proportionate amount for that use.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your account with others.

We may suspend or close an account that is used abusively, fraudulently, or in breach of these terms.

You can request deletion of your account at any time by contacting feedback@fuelscope.uk.

You may not use FuelScope to scrape, copy, or redistribute price data in bulk, to interfere with or overload the service, or to attempt to access parts of the service you are not authorised to use.

The service is for personal, non-commercial use unless you have agreed otherwise with us in writing.

Fuel prices are sourced from third parties and may be delayed or inaccurate. FuelScope makes no guarantee that prices shown are correct at the time of your visit to a station.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may carry out maintenance or updates at any time.

FuelScope is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, Loglux Ltd is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on prices shown, from service interruptions, or from decisions made based on information from FuelScope.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or via the app. Continued use of FuelScope after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.
